Music is the headline, but the point is control: what plays, who can change it, and how much of it the rest of the internet gets to see.
A real web dashboard
Not a chat-only bot. Open the server in a browser and you get the current track, elapsed time, and the full queue โ refreshed every few seconds while the tab is open.
Drag to reorder the queue
Grab a row and drop it where you want it. Fully keyboard-operable too: focus the handle, press space, move with the arrow keys.
Plays from the places you already use
YouTube, SoundCloud, Vimeo, ReverbNation and direct file URLs stream straight from the source. Spotify and Apple Music links are read for their track details and matched on YouTube โ those services encrypt their streams.
Twitch go-live alerts
Watch any number of streamers per server. When one goes live, the bot posts to the channel you picked, using your own message template.
Per-server feature toggles
Music, Twitch alerts and public status are independent switches, scoped to a single server. Flip one off and it stops there and nowhere else.
DJ roles and queue caps
Restrict playback control to a DJ role, or leave it open to whoever is in the voice channel. Queues are capped per server (200 tracks by default) so nobody can flood it.
A public listening feed
Opt a server in and its current track shows on the public feed โ no login required to look. Leave it off and the server never appears.
Runs on your own hardware
The bot, the dashboard and the database all sit on one homelab box. Nothing is metered, and there is no vendor to raise the price.
How it works
Three steps, about two minutes
Invite the bot
One click, two permissions: send messages and join voice channels. Nothing else is asked for.
Log in with Discord
You land on the servers you share with the bot. Servers you manage get the full dashboard.
Flip the switches
Turn on music or Twitch alerts, then run /play in Discord and watch the queue fill in the browser.

Everything in the dashboard has a command equivalent, so you never have to leave the chat window if you do not want to.

It is a homelab project, not a company. That is the whole advantage, and the whole catch.

What it is not
- It is a homelab, not a datacentre: if the server reboots, playback stops.
- No global uptime guarantee and no support contract.
- Playback state is in memory โ the queue does not survive a bot restart.
- Spotify and Apple Music links are matched to YouTube audio, so an occasional match can be wrong.
